I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the suspension of my account. After reviewing the possible reasons listed for such actions, I strongly believe that none of them apply to my case. This is now the second account of mine that has been suspended without valid justification. why did they suspend the account not sure all the content is mine no unethical data was posted, this is the second account that was suspended, the last time I lost $300 this time $100 they just block your account without giving any specific reason, not sure why. I want my account to be unblocked and money back to me.I am sharing the screenshots of last account and this account too.

For some reason Adobe found it necessary to suspend your accounts. They are not required to give a reason.
The first thing that I notice is taht on the information you show, the names are different and the email accounts are different. If you shared assets with these two accounts, how is Adobe to know who the owner is?

These are 2 different accounts, 1st was suspended we created a second account, it was my IDs only, I need the exact reason because we have created 2nd account 1.5 years back that is the reason you 2 different name

That may be part of the problem. In your original text you said "my". Now you say "we". Who is the owner of the assets? Are some of the assets in both account? Each person should have an account hosting their own assets. If not, that is already a violation of the agreed upon terms. The account owner must be the owner of the asset.
There may however, be an entire different reason. We have no way of knowing what Adobe does.

You should not be owning more than one account except for each account you have different file types, example one for videos and the other for photographs. In any case except you have a very large profile, it is not recommended that you manage more than one account.
If you get a vague notification, you need to ask Adobe for the specific reason for your account suspension. Following their response, you then work with them with proof if you can provide such or try to reach an amicable agreement to have the issue resolved and to not allow a repeat if you have control over what happened. Also, since your account is prone to suspension, you need to revise the agreement and read-up on all the policies. I know it is normal to be annoyed especially if this is your only or main source of income, but being annoyed will not help any more than being calm.
There are many of us who had never had a suspension and there are others who had only one. It is likely that there is something irregular about your account that keep attracting attention for suspensions.
If your account is blocked, do not create a new account. Wait on the resolution. If you are banned, it's likely if you create another by whatever means that eventually it'll be closed again through paper trail or otherwise.

This is a user community, and Adobe personnel rarely visit here; thus, you will not receive a reply from Adobe here. None of us know the reason why your accounts were blocked. Who is "we"? You're supposed to be the sole account owner for your stock account.
