my photos are keep getting rejected continously. can anyone please explain why? what's wrong with the attached image? thanks

You have expose issues, colour noise and the whiskers have aliasing.

I would suggest you find a better upscaler (this looks more like it was enlarged rather than upscaled), or consider image enhancement software. Do a Google search.. There are a number of each available. Upscaling and enhancement software are an additional cost, of course, so things can get pricey with AI.

I'm guessing a quality issue. At 100% (and especially at 200%, which should still retain relative sharpness), the fur starts to get soft.
