my photos are keep getting rejected continously. can anyone please explain why? what's wrong with the attached image? thanks

You have expose issues, colour noise and the whiskers have aliasing.

I would suggest you find a better upscaler (this looks more like it was enlarged rather than upscaled), or consider image enhancement software. Do a Google search.. There are a number of each available. Upscaling and enhancement software are an additional cost, of course, so things can get pricey with AI.

Magnific.ai is one. $39 a month for 200 upscales/enhancements. I think you get something like 4 free credits per day (enough for one enhancement, I believe), but the results can't be used for commercial purposes to the best of my knowledge. And, like all AI, great results aren't guaranteed, and you will still need to edit.
