Reasons for Rejection, Technical Issues.

This image was made with setup lighting of an art piece that has been made physically, not in camera, to be a soft focus.  Any suggestions why the technical issues?  Is Adobe Stock looking for only slick work?  Even then with 100's of millions to choose from what is good?
