Rechazo de calidad

Hola Me podrian asesorar la siguiente imagen por que presenta problemas de calidad si veo que al ampliar al mas del 200 no se nota tanto ruido o igual quiero saber su sugerencias  para las proximas fotografias .

1. The foreground is dark, almost black without details.
2. The building is almost invisible, it is hidden almost completely behind the branches.
3. Chromatic aberrations.

It's a pretty clock tower, but the composition, with most of it hidden behind the mass of blurry, underexposed branches, doesn't work.
