No matter how many times I click in "NO", to informe that there are no persons in the picture, this mark never rest. When I come back to see, always, in all fotos, there are that red sign, as if I did not answer if there are persons in the picture.
How do I fix it?

Are you saving the changes to your assets before you leave the page by clicking the blue SAVE button? Is that the issue you're having?

Yeah, for sure! (I believe you are talking about the "save your work" (or so) button, at left botton in the page, that turns blue when you chage something in your page, right?) But in next day I saw the page... almost all red again.
Any tips?

For me, that button doesn't turn red, but is grayed out after my changes are saved.

No, sorry, my bad: what turns red is the green light near the picture. The button turn gray after I save the work, indeed.

After I do a Save, the light below my asset/assets turn green, not gray. Or maybe it just looks gray on your monitor? Again, I'm stumped.

This one, right?

Correct.

Can you figure why it almost always goes back to red sign?

We might still be talking about differen things. I put up a test image and took a screenshot. This is how I would fill out a submission, with the proper box checked and the title and keywords filled out. I clicked Save work, left the page, then returned and the image was still saved. You will always get a red indicator if you do a Save work but haven't yet filled out the title and keywords.

Believe me, I do fill all informations they ask and hit the "save" button. If I get out of the page and them open it again IN THE SAME DAY, it remains green. But after a couple of days it goes red.

Then I'm stumped. May I ask why you wait and come back instead of submitting your images immediately for review? Although what you describe as happening still shouldn't happen.

Actually I do not "wait", I just set all the pictures in the page and then send it at once. 50 pictures each time.
I will try something here. Above there is a print of some of the picutures I worked on today, As you can see, all of them have a green light. I will come back in a couple days and lets see if it turns red.

Sounds good.

Here's what I do: I prepare the images for submission, including updating the titles and keywords, but I leave one of the checkboxes unchecked which means that the red dot remains on the image. Then on the day when I'm ready to submit them, I go through each one that I want to submit that day and tick the last checkbox, thus turning the red dot to a green dot. In this manner, I can carefully control how many I submit. I have a "slow and steady" approach, submitting only 5-6 images a day several days a week. In this manner, I am getting a steady flow of approvals.

I guess the problem is not about approvals, I gues it is just no uploading.

Here is my panel today. As I said, many pictures that was green, now turn to red, and in all cases, now the "no" button shows as not clicked.

How weird. I'm completely stumped. I would assume the selections are saved server-side and not locally, so that would be an Adobe issue. And yet others have not posted about the problem. Me, I post my assets for review as soon a I submit them to my New panel as opposed to letting it fill up rather than return to them later.

I will try this in my next upload, but indeed, I think Adobe just don't like me... 🙂
Thank you.

Was the AI button previously clicked? It doesn't make sense that it would somehow get unclicked accidentally. Anyway, it's a simple matter to click it now and submit just the images that you want to at this time.

For sure, I didn't click on no AI button.
Fix it now, clicking in "no" to any pictures that are in red sign. But you will see: next monday I will upload more pictures, and I bet some of those that I just fixed will be red again... What I don't know if it will be the same pictures or not. Nut how I made these screen shots, I will compare and see how it goes.
all green now...

Plus.
The first line, in yellow, reads something link "do not send generative AI".
The second in red says "not all your images was send to moderation".
Is this normal?

I get the second line at times when my title exeeds 200 characters.

Just to be sure I checket, and none of my files has 200 characters.

The entire yellow line reads, "Do not submit generative AI content with titles that imply an actual depiction of newsworthy events" It does not necessarily relate to any assets that you are attempting to submit.
