Question

Red sign

No matter how many times I click in "NO", to informe that there are no persons in the picture, this mark never rest. When I come back to see, always, in all fotos, there are that red sign, as if I did not answer if there are persons in the picture.

How do I fix it?

I made another test, just to be sure, and do not touch in nothing on my panel for a month. Today I saw that ALL the almost 300 pictures that I uploaded in last months, ALL OF THEM are marked with a red sign, as if I never had answer the question "are there persons in this picture" (or so). I know this is the problem, because when I hit "no" in this question, it turns do green. And I believe none of my pictures are in the market, due this.

I am about to abandon Adobe Stock, because it is working for nothing.

If someone knows how to fix it, or how can I contact someone directly at Adobe to solve it, I will thank you.

Though frustrating, this really isn't a fatal flaw. When you're ready to submit the images, just recheck the correct boxes to turn the indicator to green and submit the images.

Well, that is the second problem. The site NEVER let me upload nothing, the upload button remains gray. Near it there is a "?" button, wich when you mouse-hover it, you see a massage saying something as "due too much uploads in the platform it will take a while to you be able to upload new stuff. " (or so). And it remains like this since the first time I tryied to use this site, at the beguinning of this year... My thought is maybe it happens because of the "ethernal red sing" in my photos. I don't know, maybe the site just don't like me... 🙂

Still looking faward to some solution.

Are you saving the changes to your assets before you leave the page by clicking the blue SAVE button? Is that the issue you're having?

Yeah, for sure! (I believe you are talking about the "save your work" (or so) button, at left botton in the page, that turns blue when you chage something in your page, right?) But in next day I saw the page... almost all red again.

Any tips?

For me, that button doesn't turn red, but is grayed out after my changes are saved.
