Hi there!

I finally got my redemption code but I cannot activate it due the following reason: This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.

How can I fix this problem?

Are you using more than one Adobe logon ID?

Redemption codes are region specific. If you are getting the code as a contributor, you need to redeem it against your contributor account. You can't use it on a different account, especially, if that account has been created for a different region.

Okay, where can I see information about country/region?

Last year I changed my tax form from Russia to Turkey and I live in Turkey. I got my code but I cannot work on PS.

I guess it should be solution because I don't think I'm the only one who faces this problem
