I'd like to redeem my Creative Cloud Plan, but I can't find the blue redemption banner on my dashboard page to click the link. Actually I haven't seen that blue banner for a while. I've check my emails and couldn't find the redemption code email as well, is anyone know thatI is there another way to redeem it?
Probably expired. Contact contributor support using the "Contact" link on the bttom of your dashboard page for assistance.

Thank you, RALPH. But I remember that I redeemed almost this time last year.
However, I'll try again as your advice.

hello Abambo, you will probably know the answer to this instantly. where can I see/find/calculate/count (?) the nomber of accepted uploads for the year 2024? I easily have the required downloads for the C cloud, but have no idea how many Adobe accepted of my numerous uploads. I believe I need 150 accepted. I haven't seen the blue ribbon either. Thanks.

From your dashboard, click on "AVAILABLE EARNINGS." On the top left-hand side, there is a drop-down menu, "Top Sellers." Click on that and select Downloads. Then enter the time period in the box below that. Click "Display statistics."
For the 2024 calendar year, one needs at least 350 downloads to qualify for the bonus.

Unfortunately, there's no way to verify the exact number of assets that were accepted by Adobe and added to your portfolio in 2024, unless you kept some records yourself. I note on my desk calendar each day the number of assets for sale in my account so that I'll know when more have been added, so I am able to look back at my calendar for January 1, 2024 and compare that number to the number on the last day of the year. You can sort your portfolio by Date rather than Downloads, but that's the Upload Date and not the Review Date. With the occasional long delays between "Upload Date" and "Review Date", that's not a reliable indicator of total assets added during the year.

Keep in mind that it's possible that next year's hurdles to achieve the Contributor Bonus could be even higher. When they first started providing the Bonus years ago it was designed to incentivize Contributors to upload content, since Adobe was still growing the database. Now they are incentivizing sales instead of just uploads. The upload limit is quite modest - 150 - probably chosen just to be sure that Contributors remain at least minimally committed to the platform. Nevertheless, whatever they want to incentivize they really should announce it at the beginning of the year rather than after the year is over...

Yes indeed, most likely the bar will be raised again. Here no hope of passing it from the sales point if view (I am at around 1500), so it doesn't matter to me. It would be nice to get a free PS, but I can work around it. One thing that I would love to test though is the AI creation. Oh well. It us what it is, but I won't sweat getting 10 or so new photos approved a month because it would be just a little first step, also with the lengthy delay in review, I pretty much forget what I uploaded already : ). So the bonus programme is meaningless to me now. Thanks in any case. As a side note, I am standing in 29000th place on the contributor list. No idea if I'm the top 30%, 40%, 50% or worse. Just curious if others have any clue on that front.

This is where using Behance's "latest 1000 images are displayed" can come in handy once it's set up. Still no option for specific dates, but it would be easier for the contributor to determine if X amount of assets were uploaded within a given time frame.
