Redemption for contributors

I'd like to redeem my Creative Cloud Plan, but I can't find the blue redemption banner on my dashboard page to click the link. Actually I haven't seen that blue banner for a while. I've check my emails and couldn't find the redemption code email as well, is anyone know thatI is there another way to redeem it?

Probably expired. Contact contributor support using the "Contact" link on the bttom of your dashboard page for assistance.

Successfully redeemed!!  I contacted Contributor-support as you advised. The officer has kindly sent me a redemption link. So appreciated with the excellent care.
