Referral system for contributors

Good time of the day to all reading this.
Is there a referral system for Adobe Stock contributors at the moment?
Are there plans to implement it in the future?
(I am aware of Adobe Affiliate program's existence, it doesnt directly concern stock contributors, it's only about buying stock photos and adobe products, afaik).

All previous answers I've seen are "no, there is none", however, they date back to 2018 or earlier, so I thought I might as well ask the question again.

I would especially appreciate the answer from an Adobe Support employee.
