When an image gets rejected by Adobe Stock, they always give a reason. It might be only a few words, but they always say something about why it was refused. What did the rejection message say?

If I were to guess just by looking at the image, my guess would be that it was rejected for having excessive noise and grain.

Look at your image at full 100% zoom.

It is very grainy.
