Hi,

2 of my images uploaded in Adobe Stock has been refused for the reasons:

1 - similarity issue

2 - quality issue

The two images are a seamless pattern of carbon fiber (image 1) and the relative Normal map for creating Bump (image 2)

I don't understand the reason couse i have uploaded only another seamless texture but is a terracotta tiles floor, completely different from carbon fiber texture. For the Normal Map (image 2) i can't understand refuse reason: the image have not quality issue couse is been generated from the diffuse texture (image 1) and must be used only to create a bump in the texture in 3D software, Infact the Normal map of the terracotta tiles has been accepted...

Anyone can help me?

Hi @defaultjqrfdaz171vk ,

Both files seem out of focus. The plat texture seem noisy and the color of the other image is not smooth. I get the impression of either highly compressed or very poor quality images.

When you get a similar rejection, it means you have on file one or more images that are exactly like the one you upload or close.

Best wishes

The small file you've attached does not allow us to assess the quality of the images; please upload both individually in original size.

The files are seamless pattern fot textures. First is the texture itself, second is the "Bump map".

I don't understand why one picture has been rejected due to similarity issue, couse is not similar to any other images i uploaded.
I can't see the noise or the blurry you mentioned, it is the pattern itself

It's speculatef that other images in the Adobe Stock database are also considered for other similar assets.  This very well could be it for the "Similar Images" rejection.
