Hello, tell me, I uploaded the first photo and got rejected due to technical problems. I would like to hear some advice on what exactly is wrong with the photo. Thanks to everyone who responds.

As @Nancy OShea said, focussing error! But that can't be corrected in post-processing.

 

I would also frame the picture differently:

And as @RALPH_L correctly has seen: the image is not level, and that is obvious with the icicles.

      Focus and white balance are two main problems.  Examine your images at 100-300% magnification.  Correct defects where possible in post-editing.
