I applied for my payment on Thursday, September 14, 2023 but I still haven't received my money. Please kindly pay attention to it.

    You are even not yet on the low end of the indicated range (7-10 business* days). You are at your sixth. As long as it is still pending, it is still pending, and you need to wait. When the status changes to “Payment done” it will still take several days for your account to reflect that change. That is out of the hands of Adobe. Payment done means that the money left Adobe's account.

     

    *business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
