I'm receiving daily earnings report emails to an email address that currently does not have an active subscription or any assets on that account. I can search for the photography page as a "customer" on adobe stock and clearly see all my old photos but for some reason, I do not see any of the earnings or assets on the admin side of the page when I'm logged into that account.
I've reached out to Adobe multiple times with their customer services agents not able to ever transfer me to the right person eventually leading me to the last person who says there is no phone customer service support for adobe stock contributors, only an email address. I've received no responses from that email address since sending emails to them.
Adobe Customer Support is for matters related to product billing and software support.
Stock Contributors must reach out to Contributor Support.

Be patient. They receive hundreds of inquiries per day. Also check your email spam folder for a reply.

I want to see the earnings breakdowns, where that money is going and the assets page which currently shows there's nothing when logged into the account. Is there anyone from Adobe can help figure this issue out?

Are you seeing the 12 week sales graph on that page on which no assets are shown? It sounds like you might have more than one email address that you're using as a Stock Contributor.
Use the Contact Us link on your Stock account dashboard page to contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support. Customer Support is for customers; we're not customers, we're contributors, and customer support agents apparently know very little about Adobe Stock.

The e-mail, where you get the earning reports, has an Adobe ID attached. You just need to sign in into that one.

Correct, and I emailed them a few months ago with no reply. Sent again earlier today, hopefully someone can shed some light to this issue.

Customer Service from Adobe nonexistent.

Customer support is for customers. As a contributor, you need to use Contributor support, which is not customer support.
