First: Don't post all of your rejected pictures. It takes time to look at each of them, and if they are similar, like your IMG pictures or the drone pictures, you can assume the same reasons.
(…)034 Don't use fancy filters. The picture is highly under-exposed, as you can see with the histogram:

The highlights and whites are missing.
In addition, the boy's T-shirt will get you an IP refusal. And you need a model release for the boy.
IMG_7707: out of focus and is missing contrast. Noisy. Chromatic aberration.
IMG_7674: Idem. In addition, you have a blown out reflection and the person to the left should be in or out of the frame.
IMG_7672: Idem.
IMG_7673: Idem. In addition, the images are too similar. They will be refused also on that ground.
(…)3105: The horizon needs to be level (it's probably also off with the other pictures…). The blown out reflection is not white, but grey (a nice RGB 124,124,124 grey), the picture is highly underexposed, out of focus and the "Messi" t-shirt is an IP violation.
(…)4407: Is over processed, noisy, full of artefacts and oversaturated.

You would need a model release for the people in the picture if you would have a correct picture.
(…)4400: idem. You may also need a property release for the park decoration, as that may be a copyrighted art work.
(…)4392: idem
