Rejected because of missing release form, but it is AI generated content

I have submitted several images where I forgot to meet the AI requirements in selecting the type of image, title and tag. I did select the checkbox that it is AI generated content when submitting them in the first instance.

So these where rejected with the reason that a release form was missing.

I then modified the images, made hem illustrations instead of photo's, added 'Generative AI' to the title and keywords, but I now get them rejected again, with the same rejection reason, some for the second time.

What is going wrong or what am I doing wrong?

Read ALL of the Adobe Help Pages on Generative AI, where the model / product release requirements are described. You should also follow this forum and the Adobe Stock Discord channel to stay informed on changing requirements. The requirement for inclusion of "Generative AI" in the title and keywords was reversed quite a while ago.

There are a handful of videos on YouTube that will instruct you on how to fill out a property release for AI submitted content. And I learned the hard way that it doesn't matter if the model is an actual human, an abstract illustration of one, or a robot made out of tin cans. If it has a face, take the time to include a property release.

Attached is an example of a half dozen similar images I submitted that were at first rejected, then subsequently accepted after resubmitting with a release.

    This is obviously a human face, and it could be modelled after a real person. That's the reason for needing a property release to exclude that, or a model release, if there is a real person behind.

     

    That requirement is not new. Artists submitting classic drawings of people needed to do that also, long before someone invented the generative AI.

    Thanks for explain, I understand what you're saying here.
    Nevertheless it is a pain to do so with every single image, will take a very long time ...    😞

      Aha, thanks for the heads up, apparently the translated (non-english) version(s) of that page still has that 'Generative AI' text requirement in and so I now understand,  you do not need to add the text and kewords 'Generative AI', correct?

      No, you do not need that any more. You need to use, however, the button, to mark your assets as generative AI.
