You need to post the rejected image here. We do not have access to your account to look at rejected images. And there is no need to type in ALL CAPS.

All caps are considered as shouting, so that hurts my ears when I see that. In addition, it is more difficult to read, and lowercase characters have been invented.
This said, Adobe provided you with a refusal reason. That will be probably Quality Issues. You will need to tell us that. You do not need to reproduce the whole text, the heading is enough.
Furthermore, you will also need to post the image here, in the same quality as submitted. We do not like a downsampled or cropped or watermarked asset, as each modification will change the image and probably will hurt the quality further.

When we follow the link you included it takes us to our own page of rejected images; I'm already quite familiar with those! Upload your rejected image here if you want feedback.

My guess without seeing your image is that it was not the best it could be and that's why Stock rejected it.
Phone cameras are easy to use but they don't produce the highest picture quality. Meanwhile, your competition is using dedicated camera equiment with detachable lenses, tripods, external lighting, etc... Compare your work with other Stock inventory to ensure that what you're submitting is at least as good if not better than what Stock already has.
Carefully read your Stock Contributor User Guide for more tips.
Good luck.
