rejected every minute or hour non-stop

 For the past three days, my images have been getting rejected every minute or hour non-stop. So far, nearly 250 images have been rejected.

Previously, my images used to go through bulk review, where some would get accepted and some rejected. But this week, things have changed—every hour, I only receive rejections, with not a single acceptance. This is really frustrating and confusing please help me
