Rejected for intellectual property

Keep in mind that whatever you submit to Stock must be legally free and clear for COMMERCIAL use.  The RV design & artwork are instantly recognizable.  So while suitable for posting on social media, it's not OK for Stock.

Important to realise there are two types of release:

1. MODEL release - for a human who would be recognisable or know themselves (of course, your wife would recognise herself in this picture, and Adobe cannot assume it is your wife!)

2. IP release - for everything created by a human less than 100 years old (a little oversimplified, but take that as your starting point). IP releases will be impossible for many things; vehicles can rarely be included.

Also, I noticed that you have a sensor spot on both images that would need to be removed.

You'd definitely need a model release from your wife.  But the other IP violations include the Nike swoosh on her clothes and the "Sunseeker" on the side of the RV.  On a side note, you should also rotate the photo with the RV to get the horizon level - it looks odd with the rock formations on an angle.

Looks like a great place to be right now though.  🙂
