Rejected for quality issues

Hi! It's my first time posting an image and I've been rejected. After reading the list of aspects to be considered I think I get the idea of why it's been rejected. However I would love to know others opinion and take those inputs into consideration for the future. Thanks for your time!

Not enough light and shutter speed was too slow, unfortunately. 

 

For future reference, cityscapes are fine.  But when you make one building  your subject -- especially a prominent highrise like this one, you need a signed property release from the owners of the building to sell it commercially.

Thanks! Indeed, that's one the things I noticed after the rejection. For a general view it wasn't a problem for me, but I understand that for proffesional use it's not enough
