Hi, I am new here and this was my first upload. However, it was rejected due to technical issues. Could someone help me out with the same?

Welcome @Abhiraj23846697x98q .  I do see a few issues with your image, starting with the lack of sharp focus.  Exposure is another issue (the highlights need to be brought down and the shadows lifted to even out the exposure better.)  There is a lot of chromatic aberration (colour fringing) on the buildings on the left of the image.  The buildings themselves are skewed and not vertical.  The metal post in the middle foreground is distracting and could either be cloned out or cropped out.  Other than the focus, most of the other issues are fixable in post processing.

One other issue that might arise is IP (Intellectual Property) violations.  Looking at the beautiful murals on the buildings, you would require a property release from the artists who created those murals.  The school sign should probably be removed as well.  The people are far enough away to not be recognisable so no need for model releases.

Generally, cityscapes have a lot of challenges because of the IP restrictions (business names, logos, public artwork, license plates on vehicles, recognisable people, etc.)  It's just something to take into consideration when you're photographing.

Here are some resources you might find useful:

I hope this helps.  Best of luck on your future submissions.
