Question

rejected illustration

I would like to know why my illustration was rejected. It says "technical problems",
but I sent this illustration like all the previous ones that were accepted. So how will I know the
real reason?
I'm losing the desire to continue at Adobe.

It would definitely help to actually SEE the asset in question. That's what this forum is for. A hand-drawn illustration? AI? Help us out here. 😉

It's really an issue with the crystal balls today. 😂

That's your choice to make. But rejection is not personal. It's a business decision.  Stock knows what their customers search for and purchase.

When customers complain about poor quality & demand refunds, it reflects badly on Stock's reputation.

There are other microstock services with lower acceptance standards you can try. But Adobe pays higher royalty fees. So there's that to consider.

I Know that an image can be rejected, that's ok, but I just to understand why, since I've always sent my images this way (size, quality) and there's never been a problem. I would like to Know the especif reason, without having to guess. Some people here responded that they don't have a crystal ball, yes, neither do I. It says technical problem, but with a list of them. If it said "we dont't like your image", that's fine, it would be easier to understand.  Last month other images were also rejected due to "technical problems" but there were approved on another site that is more rigorous in technical terms. As for not posting the image, I'm new here, I've never written anything before, I didn't even know it was possible to post the image. Sorry if there are errors in the writting, I'm using a translator.

That they were approved on another site makes no difference. Adobe has different standards. Again, without seeing the image or images in question, we have no idea what to tell you.

There is a graphic icon where you have been entering your comments. Use the one of the "mountain and sunset" to upload an image.

You need to show us your asset in the quality as submitted.

I also have trouble getting a clear picture from my crystal ball, the same as @Nancy OShea. We are contributors like you, and we do not have insight into your account. We can, however, check assets when you publish them here.
