Rejected images

Could someone told me, why my recent uploaded panda images are rejected?

I don't get it? One of three (Red Panda smiling high in the tree), is 100% sharp and with nice colors, but also rejected for some reason?

You're shooting against the light, so getting the correct exposure will be difficult. The sky is overexposed, and the panda is a bit underexposed. Getting a good even exposure will be difficult, especially for stock photography.

I think the main rejection reason is exposure!

PS

The histogram for file A3253:

Both darks and lights, but no mid-tones.

The first photo, underexposed shadows and overexposed highlights. Should have been vertical so not to cut off tail.

Hello,

You'll need to post an example to give advice.
