Rejected photo

Correct the white balance and it may pass.

As a Stock customer, I could not use this flower in my own composition because image selection is impossible.  The edges are not clearly defined.  Also your white balance is too green.

The background seems to be significantly under-exposed; in addition the DOF is too shallow, resulting in very little, if any, of the dandelion seed head being in focus. There are 100 pages of examples of "dandelion seed" already in Adobe Stock. Here's an example of one similar to yours in which the background is more appealing, and the seed head is much better focused.
