The first image has a bit of noise, and the second image is blurry.

You tell us: quality issues? We tell you where the issues are.

Hello,

My guess is 'quality reasons' - so in my view with the cello photo - white balance - chiefly a bit too yellow:

so reduce the yellow cast a bit,

and for the flute - exposure - reduce the highlights of the sky and bring back some of the blue of the sky, and try to make the flute stand out more:

Yes, there is noise in the background, that could likely be easily addressed, and then you have these duplicate images:

That will be considered as artefacts.

The aperture of f1.8 gave you a very narrow DOF, an effect you probably looked at, but these made your subject blurry so that you had to pimp up the sharpness.

Hi sharpening level introduced artefacts:

You're welcome.

As a side note: I find your approach interesting, but you should allow for better focussing and if that is not possible with the camera/lenses you use, then you should use a different aperture. It should be possible to easily get a sharp picture at an exposure time of 1/100s out of your hand. So you can play nicely with different times and apertures.

I would change to manually setting the parameters, instead of using a priority shooting, like your aperture priority. That gives you much more leverage for creative settings.

And if you use a tripod, it would further enhance your shooting, as you could even combine different pictures into one.
