rejection due to technical issue

Hi All

 

I had the attached image rejected due to technical issues. I can only learn from mistakes so could anyone help me understand what is wrong with the picture please?

Well, lets see if I have learned anything from this forum.

I would say:

A-Chromatic Abberation.

B-Too much noise.

C-This blur is just unappealing.

Hi Yannis,

Just to add: The noise includes color noise. That is visible on the petals. Zoom to 100% to view the issues on your file.
