Rejection due to technical issues

I recently added 3 photos to get reviewed and got rejected but I don't know why. It says because of technical issues and I would really like some advise so I know what to look for next time.

Photos 1, 2 & 3 need better focus. The depth of field is not enough.

Photo 3 is in addition to the focus has artifacts and the power lines should be removed.
