Is the title/description as important as the image itself when submitting an Editorial image,

I have had a few knocked back whihc appear no different in style that others that havw got through,.

Eg.

"Polizei - German police van in Munich:

Am I likely to get images rejects accepted if I resubmit with better titles?

e.g 2

Title:

Polizei. - Swiss Police vans lined up in a row in Zurich - hi-viz orange stripes and blue lights on vehicles

You realize that Illustrative Editorial content is restricted to Editorial Use Only.  Customers are less inclined to purchase images that they can't use commercially.

Just something to consider when choosing subjects.

That is the exact reason I post these images as editorial. Its just bits and pieces I capture whilst out and about. The editorial stuff helps bump up a few dollars here and there.

One thing that is not allowed is mixing languages in the titles and keywords. You should leave Polizei out. It will get translated in the search. Also you should obmit special characters.
