Rejection of image due quality issues

Explorer ,
Jan 29, 2025 Jan 29, 2025

Hi.

I am now very upset about Adobe. I see so many AI photos on Adobe when I search and the review takes way too long.

My photo was rejected due Quality issues. I now use Topaz AI to sharpen my photos. Unfortunately it doesn't work with that either. What do you think? Is the photo too dark and the sky not blue enough? Is the white of the flag too dark? Is it about the artifacts on the blue fabric? The fabric is shiny, so this won't work any better.

Thanks Chris

The thumbnail is too small to properly evaluate but I can see that the man on the left has too many fingers.

And the woman on the right appears to be missing one.

What about "White balance"?

How to fix it?

White balance can be repaired in Photoshop or Lightroom or other image editors.

You can use the eyedropper tool on a white background/object to get the correct white balance:

Or do it manually.

I'm not sure, Adobe sent it by email.
Could it have been released without an owner?

Is the asset under your Not Accepted tab? Abobe always send an email letting you know how many images were accepted/rejected. If you only had this one asset rejected and none accepted, then it would probably appear in the email that Adobe sends out daily.

It's probably the image from the refusal mail.

"Quality issues" is more than white balance. Especially with AI assets you have mostly rendering errors.

Okay. Thank you... I see it. Is the exposure okay in your opinion?

By fixing the white balance it also fixes the exposure.

Hi @maxflags-chris ,

It's underexposed and has a white balance issue. It is too blue. I'm not sure, but a section of the flag seem to display graininess.

graininess: Yes, that is the shiny polyester fabric.
