I cannot see the technical issue. It might be because of the wrong category you chose. Otherwise match your file with the requirement at https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/how-to/submit-sell-vector-art.html to see if there is anything you left out.

    What reason did Adobe give you -- Technical, Intellectual Property or something else?

    Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it contains one or more technical issues, so we can't accept it into our collection.

     

    Funny 22 other companies (i.e. Shutter, iStock) took it?

    That's great!  Maybe you can sell it from iStock.  🙂 

     

    Adobe Stock customers expect professional quality and technical excellence for use in million dollar commercials.  They typically come to Adobe Stock because they can't find what they want at other stock image houses.  😉

    Tried to edit my post- I believe it should have been file type illstration and not photo thus explaining the rejection. Resubmitted it. Thanks
