rejection reason:- similar images already submitted

this image was created with midjourney, i haven't submitted any human image recently, but my image getting rejected due to " similar images already submitted", many more images have been rejected like this food images , abstract and many with exact same reason
                                                                          i checked my "dashboard" and" in review" images but doesn't found any similar images 

is there something change in adobe stock policy , my acceptance rate was 80% , recently they are giving 100% rejection from last week with reason  like similar image issues in many images
