I'm not on my pc currently, but I would say, that the exposure is incorrect and you have chromatic aberration.

What @Abambo said. But also, while letting the sun enter the lens might work for some images, the fact that it's dead center kind of makes the image fail in terms of composition.

Chroma noise, a blownout sky, and very little in focus are the main issues. Additionally, I see no commercial appeal in such an image. Think about how you would expect a designer to use such an image,

The file is underexposed. It is noisy and has color fringing. Also, you could utilise more of the negative space.
