Request for feedback on this image. Trying to understand the reason for rejection

This picture was rejected with Artefakten/Rauschen (Too high an artifact / noise content). It would be very helpful for me, when someone could explain, if that is the kind of picture or where the Artefakten/Rauschen is, so that I can avoid it next time.

Hi,

This looks like a HDR photo, so artifacts will appear. Up close around 100% it looks pretty bad...

Don't do HDR, unless you can do it really well.

Um Bilder in Adobe stock zu bekommen sollen sie so aussehen als seien sie unbearbeitet. Natürlich sind Nachbesserungen erlaubt und sogar erwünscht, aber Verfremdungen wie hier sind absolut nicht erlaubt. Ich habe einige HDR Bilder in meinem Portfolio, aber HDR wurde benutzt um entsprechende Probleme der Kamera respektive Unzulänglichkeiten meiner Ausrüstung (Filter) auszugleichen.
