Request for Reconsideration of Account Suspension – AI Content Uploads

My account was restricted due to "a high volume of similar submissions." As a newcomer to Adobe Stock, I was unaware that this could be considered a violation. The latest batch of images may have looked similar in style or theme, but each was generated using unique prompts. I genuinely did not intend to create spam or overwhelm the review system. I assumed that if a file didn’t meet the platform’s standards, it would simply be rejected.

It has been a considerable amount of time since my account was suspended, yet I have not received any feedback or update from your team. I fully understand that moderation and support processes can take time, but the absence of any communication has left me uncertain and anxious about the status of my case.

I kindly ask for clarification on why the review is taking so long and when I can expect a response. I truly value the opportunity to be part of the Adobe Stock contributor community, and I am eager to resolve this issue constructively.

I'm confused. You say RESTRICTED, not BLOCKED.  They are two different things.

As of now, there is a maximum and weekly limit on how many assets you can submit for review. This is to avoid backlogs in the review process and speed up review waiting times for everyone. It's a good thing.

Are you saying you exceeded the submission limit?  Or has your Contributor Account been terminated for violating Adobe Stock's TERMS?

My account is "de-activated". This probably means temporary blocking until the reason is clarified. It's been 3 months, no response yet.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Could I please ask: approximately how many images are we talking about?
And is it possible to see some examples of what you submitted?

If you can’t share the images themselves, could you describe what was similar about them (style, theme, subject, etc.)?
Thanks in advance!

I think I was blocked because of the large number of images of people in the beauty industry. The photos were similar in style, yes.

Could you please tell us the approximate size of your portfolio and how many images were rejected as similar ones? This is the first time I (and probably all others here) see deactivation based on similar images 😞 Good luck, dont' give up until you get a valid answer from AS support.

I'm sorry for all the time you have spent and wasted!  I thing personal, but I see it as great news for those of us who put time to creat the real deal.

I know little about AI generated images. What I do know is that this technology is proving AI generated images are clones of itself. There will be a place for it in the world of stock... but in my opinion a fad that will pass as the appetite for real humans and real work specially for marketing prevails!

High tech cloning is copyright infringement!

Spamming is specifically cited in the guidelines as one of the reasons for which accounts can be suspended. There is nothing that anyone here in the Community can do to help you get your account restored. You'll just have to wait to Adobe to respond to your request sent via the link in the email that you received from Adobe Contributor Support.

We are not Adobe employees and cannot directly help. Have you contacted Adobe using the link you are provided? How do you know that spam was the reason your account was suspended? Being a newcomer is not a valid reason. Guideline documentation is available and you agreed to the terms, so dont mention that when you contact Adobe. They know the date you registered.
