Leave off the text. Even if a buyer would use it as intended, they would probably want to use their own font and copy.

Not to mention spelling—Mom vs. Mum. Adobe Stock sells to an international audience. So, is this only for a US audience?

You don't tell us, why it has been rejected. Looking at the artefacts in the asset, I would guess that the refusal reason is quality issues. I agree with @Ricky336 and  @daniellei4510 for the text. Someone could use the picture for other uses. You'll be able to sell more without the text, besides the terrible typography style.
