Requisites for Adobe to consider my images as premium

Hi there, I have a simple questions, where could I find the requisites to get adobe to consider my images premium and how can I upload them as premium?

For now, our collections of premium and 3D images come from a relatively small group of artists and agencies by invitation only. Over time, we may be expanding or differentiating these collections — we’ll keep you up to date in our Contributor newsletters and notifications.  

I've never seen an explanation of what qualifies one to be a contributor of premium images. I suppose Adobe Stock somehow identifies top-selling Contributors to be part of the program, but I really don't know.

You can't.   It's not your choice.   The Premium Collection is by Adobe's invitation, probably based on artist's reputation and proven sales history.
