Salve, secondo voi perché questa foto è stata scartata per "problemi tecnici"?

I believe the photo was better before editing. The white balance is wrong. It's too yellowish, the temperature too high. The contrast was set too high. In addition, white was reinforced, so the lights are blown out.

Besides what has been said, a lot of artifacts in the sky and fringing.

The towers are much darker at the top than at the bottom, so I assume there's a gradient filter over the sky.

Clearly way overedited.

As @Marianne-Deiters said, the photo might have been better before editing.

A lot of "tough love" in our answers, but don't be discouraged. Practice makes perfect, as they say 😉

Much better!

It could use some lightening of the shadows and IMO a little sharpening especially on the towers.

Still many birds to remove, too, as they looks like dirt spots. If you zoom in a little, you can clearly see many of them.

This edit is much better. As you did not post the full resolution picture, it is, however, difficult to see some possible defects.

I would suggest that you work the whites (right part of the histogram):

This photo is at maximum resolution. Does it work?

That looks great apart from some strange steaks in the sky, moderate (and I think correctable) noise in the background, including the sky. Only the trees to the left are somehow strange. I can't get what happens there. It may well be the difficult sensor for your camera. 

I would correct these streaks:

and then put a careful noise reduction on the sky and background and resubmit.

It's very strange, but tihis similar picture has been accepted by Adobe...

Why strange? Vetting is done by humans, and even that Adobe tries to strengthen coherence between different moderators, some moderators are more stringent than others, not to talk about other human factors like mood of the day or time of the day or fatigue of the moderator.

This image should have been refused to on the same arguments. But it may also well be that the moderator for your picture one did see something we all did not look for.

Comparing both pictures, I think that the second one is a bit less saturated.

Even on the "thumbnail" picture that you posted, you have multiple problems. That can't be better with the original resolution picture. Look at your picture at 100% and 200% to see the defects.
