Is Adobe accepting short 5-15s videos generated on Runway's site from AI pictures?

Check Runway's licensing terms. You can only submit to Stock if you own 100% of it.

I was checking as I'll have to register for a paid Runway account to get better quality and longer than 4s videos. It may be worth it as a lot come out well.
