Rejected assets and assets awaiting review are not shown to buyers for obvious reasons.

To my knowledge, the forums can be accessed by anyone so anything that is posted here is public I suppose.  In my experience it is fellow contributors who participate here though, although many of us also purchase stock for various needs.

 

If you are referring to the Adobe Stock site, then only accepted photos are visible there.  A contributors rejected photos are only visible to them on their contributor dashboard
