Can you sell on Adobe Stock as an LLC?
Read the Contributor Agreeement, in particular clause 3 regarding Intellectual Property Rights. Does your LLC hold the IP rights to the works that you will be submitting? The transfer of rights is probably a discussion that you would need to have with your attorney.

Sure you can be a business owner and submit to Adobe Stock. Agencies do it all the time.
You just need to submit the right tax withholding form to Stock naming your LLC.

Yes, but why? What liabilities might you have? There should be no personal or property damage.

If you have a photography business with employees, it allows to bundle different contributors into one account. It allows selling the business too, which you can't exactly do as private contributors. There are advantages to doing it as a company if you have a company. If you need to set up a company especially for this, it won't be worth the sweat.
