Selling your own music on Adobe Stock

New Here ,
May 28, 2021 May 28, 2021

I can see people can submit their own videos, illustrations, photos and vector art for sale to Adobe Stock, but I can't find anything about submitting your music/sound effects anywhere. Is it possible to sell your music on Adobe Stock or does Adobe receive all their audio from some other companies and all you can sell are photos, videos, illustrations and vector art?

There are some areas that are reserved for a select circle of people. Music may be submitted by invitation only.

The long & short stories are the same:

Adobe Stock does NOT accept music files from individual contributors.

The end.

PremiumBeat owned by Shutterstock accepts eligible music submissions.  But there's a 4 week wait for it to be reviewed.

ArtList and Pond5 are two other sites that accept new artists.

Any idea how you might get an invite?

(Personal opinion only) I don't think Adobe are in the business of sending invites. They will be dealing with established figures. If you represent a major agency for stock music you may be able to make contact. Clearly, they are not interested in managing individual submissions otherwise there would be a path. It may be that Adobe lack qualified staff to do quality control of audio, so they prefer to deal with someone whose reputation is already built.
