Question

Several files stuck in review – over 30 days for one

Hello,

I’m an active contributor and I have 7 illustration files that have been stuck in the “In Review” status for a long time. One of them has been waiting for over 30 days, and the rest for slightly less time.

Meanwhile, newer files I uploaded have already been reviewed and accepted, so I’m concerned that these specific files may be stuck or overlooked in the system.

I already contacted contributor support, but I only received a generic message about high volume and no follow-up. I’m posting here hoping someone from the team can look into it.

Here are the file IDs still under review:

#1467512283

#1470382175

#1470429389

#1474493693

#1495143295

#1495143397

#1495143513

Thank you in advance for your attention and help!

Best regards,

Natalie

Initially, my wait time for reviews was 1-2 months. However, once you achieve a certain sales volume or a lower rejection rate, the review process seems to speed up. My current wait time is around 2-5 days (but with weekly limits)

Waiting time for moderation is unrelated to your sales. The upload limits just bring back the moderation waiting times to normal. Generative AI contributors tend to submit hundreds of thousands of assets continuously, and that clogged the system. That's all.

Delete or continue waiting.

They're stuck. You can continue waiting, or delete and resubmit.

30 days is still normal. The contributor screen tells you that it may take up to 8 weeks to moderate your assets. Even after that, it is not unusual to have some assets with longer waiting times.

30 days isn't a long time to wait. Review times are unpredictable and variable. Be patient.

8 weeks is Adobe's "standard" for the time needed to review files. Some get reviewed faster, others much longer. Some contributors have been waiting months to have assets reviewed, in which case we've been recommending that the assets be deleted and resubmitted. Since your files are still in review, we have no means of viewing them.
