sftp details missing

Where or how can i genereate the sftp user id for me. 

On the upload page there should be a "learn more" but that isnt on my upload page.

    There are several people reporting this, but I still have that. 

    Delete the cache and cookies. Change the browser. Check your firewall. Change the computer and/or network.

      I've tried that, tried from VPN, my phone, my work pc, different browsers like chrome, firefox, edge, safari, incognito. It will not show up on my account it seems like.

      It appears that SFTP is now enabled only for some contributors. As you can now also upload video files via drag and drop, it may be that Adobe phases out the SFTP option. My guess is to limit mass uploads.
