Hello,
my husband and I (I'll use Mark and Sophie as example names) have a company account together (company name “CreativeStock” as example) here on Adobe Stock. We are getting divorced and Mark wants to keep the CreativeStock account alive. He wants to continue uploading material there, but I would like to continue on my own because my material generates far more revenue.
My question now is whether I can open an account as an individual (Sophie) where I can upload my own material, even though I have a shared company account with Mark and am also the owner (we share the company 50/50). If this is not possible, how can I realize having an account on my own where all the revenue is mine?
Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate it.

I'll preface by saying I'm not a lawyer, so take the following with a grain of salt. You are the copyright owner of any images you submitted to the "company account." If your ex continues to sell them, the proceeds need to go to you. If your ex wishes to gain from them, you would need to hash it out with your lawyer(s) to transfer copyright ownership.
I think.

It sounds like you're not willing to transfer the copyright for the assets you generated to your spouse. Therefore, I think your next step is to delete your assets from the shared account so that only his assets remain, and resubmit them to your new account. If your assets have generated more sales than his, it might be better for his assets to be deleted and yours retained so that you don't lose the sales history and search ranking of those images. Either way, a discussion with an attorney is necessary.

This asks for context that is by far more complex than to discuss here in this public space.
But this is my appreciation:

And this, boys & girls, is why all Contributors should have SEPARATE accounts from day #1.
Stuff happens. Partnerships dissolve and people go their separate ways. Combined accounts are a messy business for everyone.
You can't duplicate content on another account. You'll be in violation of Stock's Contributor Terms if you do.
Talk to your lawyer. He can advise you better than we can.

Thank you for all the helpful answers.
What happens to the existing account is not important for me at the moment. The important factor for me is whether I can open a new account as a new contributor on Adobe with my own name and not as a company. I would not upload my old works to the new account, but new ones of mine that do not exist in the old one. Maybe sometimes they would look similar, but definitely not the same. After all, my graphic style hasn't changed. Would it be possible at Adobe? Otherwise, I'll write to customer service directly. I just thought someone here might know about this. Thank you all!

All we can do is point you to the Stock TERMS of AGREEMENT and have you contact Contributor Support directly.
For purposes of this narrow discussion, you can create a new Stock account in your name for all new assets to which you have 100% ownership rights. And it will be attached to your UNIQUE tax ID number. I hope that makes sense.
Beyond that, there may be other local jurisdictional rules that apply here about which we have no knowledge. Therefore, you must TALK TO YOUR LAWYER!!!

No you cannot collect royalties from assets that are also on another account. One or both of the two accounts will be closed.
If you want to move your assets from the shared account, they must be deleted and resubmitted.
