hi,

Uploading 693 clips with Fillezilla and till now it's uploaded 406 of them but only 29 is showing in uploaded section. All clips are recorded with RED camera 4-8K resolution, no longer than 60 sec duration .MOV with phogo JPG compression. I was thinking that they should appear in uploaded section but it's pass several days and I seeing only those 29 clips.

Any Idea what should I do? I don't seen any erron in Filezilla or contributor portal/uploaded files.

Regards,

Benis

As discussed offline our system does not support files larger than 4K. You need to downrez to meet our specifications.

I have a similar issue. I've uploaded 12 HD videos and the Uploaded Files page, New tab, shows a figure File Types: All (12). However, only 4 thumbnails are showing.

The 12 files I uploaded have now processed correctly. It took about 36 hours, which is much longer than normal.

I had submitted a ticket to support to ask about the issue. They told me the files were not showing because they were less than five seconds long, which is just nonsense. Poor support in this case.
