Similar image rejection, but I haven't submitted anything similar!

Hi, can anyone help?

I have had this feedback / rejection; "Unfortunately, during our review we found that it's similar to another image(s) you've already uploaded, so we can't accept it into our collection"

I have no other images even remotely like the one I have listed, and the image has been accepted by iStock and Shutterstock with no issues. Is there anyway I can appeal, because this is very weird. Truly, nothing even remotely like this one individual shot, and there is only one if it too, no replications, no varying angles or colours, just the one shot, and nothing else in my portfolio like it.

Cheers

Chris

Without the image number it is difficult for me to give you accurate information. It's possible the moderator felt the image was similar to images already in abundant supply in our collection. It's also possible they could have selected the wrong rejection reason as that can happen from time to time. I'm sorry I don't have a more specific answer to provide you with.

Kind regards,
