Sound Effects Contributors

I see the Adobe Stock Audio page for music, but not a way to submit Sound Effects... Anybody know if this is avaiable yet?

Certain types of content cannot be submitted; Adobe licenses them from specific parties rather than sourcing from anyone who wants to submit. I think I read, but cannot now find, info that music is one of these things.
