Stock Footage doesn't show up after FTP upload

Hi,

I have a problem uploading video files to the Adobe Stock Library via FTP.

I'm using filezilla and can successfully connect to the Adobe server.

According to FileZilla also the upload is successfull, but the files don't show up in my library.

I've already tried multiple files and it seems like that .jpg files are working but video files not. (e.g. .mp4 / H.264 / ~10s length / ~1000mb)

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Are you using the correct codecs? Did you wait "some" time? Preparing the video may take "some" time on the Adobe side?

Hi, the videos I've tried to upload were all .mp4 files with a h.264 codec. I've waited some hours but the videos still didn't show up.
