I am a stock contributor and been working since the last year. i was doing just fine but the last month i got a payout and since then the submission time became horrible. Like literally horrible i have a vector that was posted 30 days ago and still didn't get a review.

If someone from adobe is reading this post i'll be so much thankful for a fix.

UPDATE: Slowly everything is back to normal for me , it's started to publish /accept my digital assets . As I said it's looks like seasonal madness began (4th July theme stuff) and moderators are probably changed priority what will be accepted right away , since 4th July assets are all reviewed and after 10 days of submission  . Also , other assets still  wait to review , with two months of waiting 😅

The waiting time for many of my photos was 3.5 months. The rest from 20 days to 3 months.

@AL OUARDI,

Stock receives thousands of submissions per week.

Review times vary by genre, season (many staff take vacations this time of year) and how many other assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue.  Be patient, work on other projects.  Everyone has to wait their turn.

It's looks like that you're not only one in this boat ... many of us experiencing  the same situation . I'm submitting only illustrations  lately  and definitely in last few weeks everything got stuck. Many factors can be included in this situation such large portion of AI images submitting from other contributors and also holiday is coming (4th of July ) ...

A holiday that is nearly a month away isn't causing longer review times. There are a number of reasons that can cause longer delays, including higher than normal submissions, new Contributors, a reassignment of Moderators, or fewer Moderators working at the moment. Adobe isn't going to reveal anything to us about their internal processes. Don't stress about it. Everything will get reviewed.

There's no fix because nothing is broken. 30 days is not a horrible waiting time. Early last year most Contributors were waiting 2-3 months for their submissions to be reviewed. Adobe doubled their moderation staff in the past year to address the influx.

Waiting time before moderation can be up to 8 weeks according to the info screen that you get shown. So as long as you are in that time frame, you are OK.

Adobe does rarely read these fora. There is no relation between the waiting time and the payout. The waiting time increased when Adobe allowed users to submit generative AI files, as with that, users can dump many more assets into the system than those that have been carefully manually crafted.
